Shipping policy

Earned gear, shipped with care.

• Where we ship: United States only, for now.
• Processing: In-stock gear ships from Arizona within 1–4 business days. Made-to-order gear takes 3–7 business days to produce, then ships.
• Rates: Free US shipping on orders of $75 or more. Under $75, rates are shown at checkout. Orders that mix in-stock and made-to-order items may arrive in separate packages.
• Tracking: Every order gets a tracking link by email.
• Addresses: Please double-check your address. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If a package comes back to us, reshipping is at your cost.
• Lost or stolen packages: Once the carrier marks a package delivered, it's out of our hands, but we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
• Delays: Carrier delays are outside our control, but we'll help chase down any order that's stuck.
