Refund policy

Built to be worn hard. If something's not right, we'll make it right.

In-stock gear: hats, gloves, divot tools, towels, polos

• Return within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging. Gloves must be unworn.
• Return shipping is paid by you unless we made the mistake. Original shipping charges aren't refunded.
• Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days of when we receive and inspect your return.
• Need a different size? Return the item and place a new order. It's the fastest way.

Made-to-order gear: tees, hoodies, vests

• Each piece is printed when you order it, just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
• If it arrives misprinted, defective or damaged, we'll replace it free.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

Starting a return

Email matt@baadsheepgolf.com with your order number and the item. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and next steps. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted. Items marked Final Sale can't be returned.
